I have made this twice now, the first time, I followed the recipe to the letter, and it was good. It was kind of dense though, so when i made it the second time, I let it raise for the first hour, punched it down, and let it raise again for about 20 minutes, then put it in bread pans, and let it raise for ANOTHER hour, it takes a lot longer, but the results were WELL worth it. I made two loaves last night, and they are both already gone!!
The other thing I like about this recipe is that it was SO MUCH EASIER than a lot of other bread recipes I have tried, I think because it uses water and oil, instead of milk and butter.
overall it's really good, and I will be making it to take to my Mother-In-Law for Thanksgiving.
