Jewish Coffee Cake I
very moist and good. exactly what i wanted! i think next time i might make it in two loaf pans instead, as the outer edges were a little more "done" than i would have chosen. i started out baking it for only 25 minutes as i didn't want it over baked, but then ended up baking it an additonal 10 minutes to get the middle done. other than that, i wouldn't change anything, it's moist and delicious.

Key Lime Cookies I
LOVE these!! i also added half a cup of extra flour, and then used a ziplock bag to pipe them onto the sheet, and they're perfect. i'm 5 months pregnant, and they're EXACTLY what i was craving!

Amish White Bread
I have made this twice now, the first time, I followed the recipe to the letter, and it was good. It was kind of dense though, so when i made it the second time, I let it raise for the first hour, punched it down, and let it raise again for about 20 minutes, then put it in bread pans, and let it raise for ANOTHER hour, it takes a lot longer, but the results were WELL worth it. I made two loaves last night, and they are both already gone!! The other thing I like about this recipe is that it was SO MUCH EASIER than a lot of other bread recipes I have tried, I think because it uses water and oil, instead of milk and butter. overall it's really good, and I will be making it to take to my Mother-In-Law for Thanksgiving.
