my nephews LOVED this! They said it was better than Noodles or the boxed stuff (which they love). This will be my "go to" mac & cheese from now on!

Green Bean and Potato Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
Very good and something different! It did have a strong balsamic vinegar taste but I didn't mind it. Tasted even better the next day.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2007
For my first attempt at soup I thought it was pretty easy and really tastey! I would leave out the salt next time but that's the only change.

Excellent! I made this for mother's day and it was a hit with my parents. Very easy and tastes great. I also reduced the amount of zest.

Awesome! Used pecans and next time I'd only use half the glaze.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2007
My first attempt at lasagna and I hit the jackpot with this recipe! Wow, I will be making this for years to come. I didn't simmer the sauce, let the noodles sit in hot water to soften, and refrigerated over night and it turned out perfect!! I think next time I will add cottage cheese and it will be even better.

Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2006
For my first try at making fudge, this tastes awesome AND is easy! The mints also melted all over the top after a day so I'll use a different mint or leave them off until it's time to serve.

Sesame Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
I thought this was a tastey side dish that was very easy! I didn't use as much sesame oil either, it's much to strong. And I just bought toasted sesame seeds so I didn't have to bother with the oven.
