About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom with 6 six wonderful children. I am half Polish half Italian. All American! I love to make people happy with food. I love to entertain friends and family.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, make quick stir fries and tasty salads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking lots of cookies in Dec. Baking Babka bread for presents. Fish and soup for Christmas Eve.
My cooking tragedies
There are quite a few. The lastest one happened when my mother came over for a weekend visit. I usually cook a lot when she comes. One night I made spinach lasagna and the other night Fettucine Alfredo and a Rapsberry Crostanta. Well everything tasted off, I was embrassed. I couldn't think of what I did wrong with each recipe. I looked over each one...finally I found out one of my kids put powdered sugar in my flour container, so everytime I thought I used flour I was using powered sugar. I know I should I have been able to till the difference.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
I make this a couple times a month. I add some cilantro, other than that I keep to the recipe. We absolutely love this Chili! Thank you!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Delicious Muffins. I reduced the recipe for 12 muffins and added walnuts to the mix. I added a little more chocolate chips, we really like chocolate at my house! This recipe is going to replace one I have been using for years. Thank you!

Fresh Pineapple Upside Down Cake
I made this cake a few weeks ago, the best pineapple upside cake I ever had. I have a large family so I almost doubled it and made it in a 13x9 pan. This one is a keeper:) Thanks for sharing!!!
