I have used chicken breast and pork chops and doubled the tomatoes and seasonings..awesome!

This is an amazing coffee cake! The batter will be very thick when you are finished mixing everyting together. I was a bit worried about this, but the cake so moist and tender! I left out the nuts, as I do not care for them in cakes and such. I will def. make over and over again!

Made thi sin my bundt pan. I coul dnot find bread dough at the store, so I used frozen Parkerhouse rolls instead. Good choice, as I only had to break each piece in half. I used up all the dipping ingredients long before I was done assembling. Need at least 1/2 more than recipe states. I also added 2 tsp garlic powder and it could have used more. Next time, I will dip each piece inthe butter mixture, then roll in parmesan cheese. However, the presentation in the middle of the table was great! Everyone enjoyed "picking" their bread off the ring! Thanks for the recipe!
