Since I can not have Wheat gluten, this eating for my Blood type has been a challenge!! So in tonight's dinner of Chile Colorado I had to use Rice flour instead of Regular flour. I was pleasantly shocked by the out come, the gravy was still creamy and tasted the same!! wow what a relief = )
will blog more on my Food journey as things arise LOL

M.M., you and me both were surprised about rice flour. Add to that tapioca flour, oat groats ground up, garbanzo beans ground, buckwheat(not a wheat) and spelt which is all I can think of now. I use these not because of a blood type, what is yours? I'm just trying to improve our diet, and the buget, as we both have health problems. I've been working with alternate flours according to their benefits and what I could do with them w/o sodium & butter,as my husband is a heart patient. I love the alternatives, so does he, also the bean recipes as subs for beef. I'll be following your journey, adios.
