Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

OMGoodness this was soooo good! Made without sausage, didn't have any and still delicioso! I added a splash of chablis white wine. This is a keeper.

Butter Cream Frosting II

This frosting is amazing! It tastes just like the buttercream b'day cakes at the store. I stored mine in the frigerator and even within the next couple of days the consistency was wonderful and still tasted delicious. Thanks for a great recipe!

I love this dough, however when I took out of the refrigerator the next day it was as hard as a rock! Even after several hours at room temperature still very hard. Did I do something wrong?

Easy Arroz con Gandules

I loved this! But how do you get that "sticky" crispy well done rice that is suppose to be stuck to the bottom of the pan?? I remember it growing up and that was the best part! Does anyone know? Thanks

Bread Pudding II

Delicious! I used a bit more cinnamon and vanilla, 1 cup 1/2 and 1/2 and 1 cup milk, some nutmeg and used a little more bread. Very good! This one's a keeper.
