I made 2 batches of 2 salads, broccoli salad with raisins and tortellini salad.  We also had several green salads, smoked salmon (the only meat), coleslaw, bread, cookies and fruit salad. I made a salad bar of spinach, sliced mushrooms, grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, feta cheese, mandarin… MORE
