Southwestern Egg Rolls

This is my new favorite recipe! I baked them per reviewers suggestion and made that creamy cinantro sauce. Oh. My. GOODNESS. Plus they freeze really well. Oh I used whole wheat tortillas too, yum!

Makeover Morning Glory Muffins

Awesome recipe! I used mandarin orange juice for the orange juice, craisins for the raisins, no coconut, and just put the nuts on the top. Fantastic! I wonder if there is any way to cut down on the sugar more...they were great, we are just watching calories!

Brown Rice and Black Bean Casserole

Great recipe! I also doubled the rice, made it vegetarian by omitting chicken and adding lots more mushrooms and zuccini. I think you could reduce the cheese (and use cheddar!) to reduce calories and still have a great meal. We topped with sour cream and served with wheat tortillas! Great meal!

Gobble Up Granola Snacks

I read all the reviews and opted for 2/3 honey, 2/3 PB and 2/3 Brown sugar I also did 2C oats 2 C rice krispies and 1/2 C cheerioes, excellent combo! LOVE IT!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

This recipe is simply amazing!I followed the recipe exactly and it is the best homemade alfredo I have EVER had, comparable to Olive Garden's sauce, mmmmmm. SO GOOD!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Great easy meal. I doubled the sauce, used 1/2 brown sugar and 1/2 white. Put half the sauce in with the chicken, covered with foil and cooked 20 minutes on each side. Thanks for a good tasting, quick meal.

Bev's Orange Chicken

This is my kind of recipe. Nice and simple, yet really tasty. My husband and I loved it. We doubled the orange juice and the soy sauce. Thanks for a great recipe for a family on the go!
