Irish Soda Bread
Quick and easy to prepare. Tasted great and used leftover for toast - which was very tasty!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Only substitution may be for a box of chicken broth. . . would not change anything else. It is a fantastic, easy recipe.

Pleasant Pork Chops
I used pork tenderloin instead of chops. This was awesome. Served with some noodles.
