I didn't know whether to buy pork or beef, so I threw in a package of each. The beef (darker pieces)...
Here, New Orleans Shrimp Toss is pictured with a slice of baked Cheesy Polenta. I used a little more...
I sprinkled a dash of paprika on top before serving. The shrimp is served over baked Cheesy Polenta.
I fried the onions longer than called for to add to the texture of the dish.
