Cheese Cake Cups

This was great. I needed something fast and easy for a work pot luck. They were gone before everyone finished lunch. I put just rasberries and strawberries on top.

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

So light and fluffy. The easiest I've ever made. I make so many batches of these because eveyone keeps asking for them. I do not put anything on them. I have even piped them and put them in a press to make them look nicer.

Cone Cupcakes

Works just a well with a cake mix. Just be sure not to overfill the cones as it will be a big mess.

I remember this one from the Kraft Kitchens. They only use 1/2 cup of suger. I agree, it was better
