Baked Kale Chips

We loved these. First year of kale and no idea of how to prepare. I think we will be making these often. My two year old inhaled them. Definitely worth a try.

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

This probably doesn't need any additional accolades but we love this recipe. It is one of our favorite meals. I suggest doubling the gravy, however, if you are having this with mashed potatoes. The straight recipe amount was never enought for us.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce

This is an amazing sauce and really easy to make. And it freezes well. We won't be buying bbq sauce anymore and it is a good way for me to use my home canned tomatoes. Love it!
