Turkey Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2008
Awesome use of leftovers! I used instant stuffing and instant potatoes. I couldn't see why it took 45 minutes in the oven when everything is cooked, but I did it that way and it blended the flavors so well! Chicken and chicken gravy would be awesome as well. Perhaps even a can of mixed veggies in the layers. Even my children who hate stuffing loved this recipe!

Spinach-Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2007
Awesome! I loved this with spinach. I used only 1/2 the can of cream of mushroom soup because I don't like a real mushroom taste. And I used french cut green beans. It fit perfectly into a round deep dish 9 inch casserole pan. I took this to a Thanksgiving dinner and everyone loved it!

Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2007
Cooked this tonight and it was awesome! The porkchops are so tender we did not use knives, and the flavor is sweet and hearty. This would be a great dinner to kick off harvest/autumn time!

Lemonade

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2006
Can it get any easier than this? I wanted to try making my own lemonade and this recipe was great. Fresh-squeezed lemons make the best tasting lemonade. However, the recipe here only calls for 1 quart and that is only 1/2 my pitcher so I still used the 4 lemons, but 1 cup of sugar and 2 quarts water. It still came out great.

Turkey Pot Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
Awesome recipe! I have used this for left over turkey, for hamburger, for leftover meatloaf. Very versatile recipe! Try using Jiffy brand pie crust. It makes a flaky and delicious crust.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2006
For my first time ever making bread, this was a very easy recipe and makes a moist and delicious bread! It is actually sweeter and heavier than regular bread so not very good for sandwhiches but excellent just ith some butter or toasted with jelly.
