This recipe was wonderful and so easy! Great flavor and cut with a fork tender. All our picky eater loved it and it was so moist and tender even our 10 month old twins were able to eat with us!

Best Spinach Dip Ever

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2005
This is a great recipe! My whole family loves it as well, even the little ones. We use a whole 10 oz. pkg of spinach instead of half and use pumpernickel bread.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2006
This chicken recipe is awesome! I used Drake's frying coating because I had a hard time getting the flour to stick and I used large chicken drumsticks just because they have more meat on them than wings. Our kids loved this and they can be picky! Second time I made it I used chicken breast cut in large chunks and served over stir fry veggies and rice. EXCELLENT recipe - thanks for sharing!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2007
This is the best recipe I have ever tried off of allrecipes! It is amazing! My husband could not stop raving about it, he described it as recipe quality. The best part is it is so quick and easy! It took about 10 min to prepare and in that time I was able steam some asparagus and toss a 90 sec rice bag in the microwave and have a great dinner in less than 15 min flat! Definitly a new regular at our house!

From-Scratch Venison Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2007
This was fabulous! I really liked it, it was so quick and easy. I used the crockpot because I had a pie in the oven and it turned out wonderful. I did not have an onion on hand so I used some dry, minced onion - never the same - and used minced garlic instead of powder. I think this recipe is a 5 but my husband said 3, he thought it was good but missing something - an onion perhaps? Loved the recipe, I have two deer in the freezer so I will definitely use it again. I do not feel that it would serve 8 though - at least not in this house!

Chicken Caesar Pasta

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2007
This was very good, we all liked it. I omited the vinegar just because it didn't sound good and added a little extra ceasar dressing instead. I also switched the lettuce for baby spinach and used cherry tomatoes and red bell peppers. It makes a very large pot which is nice for us because we have a large family, very easy to tweek to your liking.

Cheese and Sausage Appetizers

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
Served this at a party - some people loved it others thought it was bland. I will try again and maybe add some garlic or some other type of seasoning. I did use black pepper instead of cayenne because I do not like spicy food. I may also try using Bisquick or cornmeal instead of floor. Would go great in the morning with eggs and bacon.

The crust did not set up again. Could be decent if a lot of the suggestions are taken into account.
