Veal Meat Loaf

I usually make meat loaf using italian seasoning. But this time, I followed this recipe to the tee and it comes out perfect! I love the taste of shiitake mushrooms. thanks much!

Butternut Squash Casserole

There's a reader suggested to cut the squash in half, scoope the seeds, bake it with flat side down and mash it. That was I did. Perfect. Then I tried the squash, and it was sweet in nature so I used only 1/4C sugar. If one has sweet tooth, then adjust it accordingly. I forgot to put the milk and did the rest as directed. TURNED OUT JUST GREAT! Topping: I eliminated the sugar totally as the wafers already contain some sugar and wafers is already sweet. This is the first time I ever made butternut squash.
