Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu
My husband is definitely not a chef. He really wanted to make dinner and this is what he did. It was yummy and looked super impressive. I only give it 4 because I'd probably want some sort of sauce for the next time I make it. Having said that, the cheese and ham kept the chicken from drying out. We served with mashed potatoes so the sauce wouldn't been great to smoosh all together. If you did make a sauce, you wouldn't need much! Thanks for helping to make my hubby feel like a pro!

Lola's Horchata
I've since made it with white rice and dare I say I preferred the taste with the brown rice. Also, I used the cinnamon sticks and just blended them in the beginning with the rice in the blender. Delish!

Baba Ghanoush
This was soooo yummy!!! I'd heard about this stuff but never tried it. I'm a hummus regular but from now on, I think she will be my hummus. The only thing I changed was I roasted my garlics along with my eggplant because raw garlic is a bit intense on the breath. Also, I ate it immediately instead of waiting. The next day the garlic flavor had def. intensified so maybe that is what the fridge time would do? Either way, loved it and thanks.
