Grandma's Onion Rings (Southern Style)

The batter was wonderful to work with -- it stayed on during the frying. After reading some reviews, I added almost a tsp. of cayenne to give it a kick. They were amazing and my husband told everyone that I rocked after I served these. I rated it a four since it needed more seasoning. Thanks for the good recipe.

BLT

I add salt and pepper to the tomato before closing the sandwich, and put mayo on both pieces of bread. Easy and delicious. A staple in the south.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

I thought this recipe was WAY too dry. My son choked on the cornbread topping. It is good that it is cheap to make, but the dryness was too much for me. I won't be making this again.

Southern Burgers

This is a good burger. I would have rated it a five, but it doesn't stick together when cooking. I cut the cooking time in half, and it was still cooked all the way through. Thanks!

Best Baked Chicken

My husband and I really loved this recipe. I skipped the celery salt, and crushed the stuffing with a rolling pin, like another reviewer suggested. It was quick and very tasty!

Corn Cheese Chowder

This chowder was good; however, it was a bit thin. I used 1 can of creamed corn and 1 can of whole kernel corn. I also used more cheese for a sharper taste. It was very good!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

I am the worst cook ever. I was never blessed with the gift to please others (as well as myself) with my cooking ability. This recipe is the first thing that I have ever been able to cook that really tastes good. I have had the most compliments on this recipe than anything else that has come from my kitchen. My boyfriend now believes that I might actually have a good chance to turn into a domestic woman. Thanks!
