Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Delicious recipe! I used kale instead of spinach. I served it at a dinner party and everyone LOVED it :)

Mom's Zucchini Bread

I used splenda no calorie to replace half the sugar and applesauce to replace the vegetable oil- it was moist and delicious! Recommend with chocolate chips or cranberries baked in.
