Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole

I added 2 cans of green beans to the mix and on the bottom of the casserole dish I put boneless skinless chicken thighs with the potato mix on top. It took a while longer to cook but my whole family loved it and I will be making it again. There is something to be said about a dinner that 3 toddlers all enjoy!

Luscious Eggnog

I chose this recipe because it uses cooked eggs. I read what other had to say and tempered the eggs so they did not scramble. I loved the eggnog before the whipped cream was added and after I added the whipped cream no one would drink it all you could taste was cream even over the rum. I'm making it again tomorrow but will not be adding whipped cream to it. The eggnog itself gets 5 stars!

Pork Chops with Mushrooms

I didn't use preggo sauce and i didn't measure anything. I just added how much looked right to me, but it came out great and I'm sure I'll make it again. Even my 16 month old loved it! I served it over white rice with broccoli.
