This was so disappointing, after seeing so many great reviews I made this last night when we had company for supper. The meat was not tender at all but tough and dry. I'll go back to using my crock pot and maybe finishing in the oven.

Aunt Norma's Rhubarb Muffins

a big hit with the quilting ladies today. I had a banana on the counter so added it , nice addition.Will definitely make these again.

Buttercream Icing

My grandchildren made this to ice their cousin's birthday cupcakes. It was excellent and easy to spread. Will definitely make it again.

Applesauce

Instead of sugar and cinnamon I use the little red cinnamon heart candies that I buy around Valentines Day. Stir in to taste and you will have a beautiful pink coloured apple sauce that has cinnamon as well. Looks and tastes great.
