OMG!!!! This was fantastic! I took others advise and slit the chicken. In my cream cheese and feta mixture I added pesto, sun dried tomatos, spinich and a garlic paste that I found in the fresh spices in the grocery store. I then used seasoned bread crumbs with parmesan cheese and sprinkled that over. I squeezed 1/2 of a fresh lemon in the bottom of my pan and then again over the chicken before baking. I does take more time in the oven than the recipe states. I wanted to serve this over pasta. So I used linguini noodles and made a sauce much like a scampi sauce but added mushrooms, bits of broccoli, more pesto sauce and garlic then squeezed the rest of my lemon in the sauce. It was FABULOUS! Thanks for a great recipe!!!!

Easy Chicken Enchiladas

My family loved these enchiladas. I too put enchilada sauce on the bottom of my pan and the rest over the enchiladas. Thanks for our newest recipe.

Heavenly Zucchini Salad

I was very nervous about serving this to my guests. But couldn't deny all the comments that people had made on here. All I can say is WOWZER! I got the same comments. They LOVED it...I loved it and even my non vegatable eating sister loved it! Thanks will make this again.

Taco Seasoning I

Excellent-I forgot to get seasoning at the store...so I came down and looked and found this recipe. The great thing was that I had ALL of the ingredients in my cupboard. I am off to make a lot to store so we have it for next time.

Savory Turkey Gravy

This is an excellent recipe. I used 3 cups of stock with a little bit of turkey drippings and then 1 cup of water with 3-4 tbs cornstartch. Yummy! Thank you for the recipe!

Broccoli Casserole

This was sooooo yummy! I used 1 can of cream of mushroom and 1 can of pepper jack cheese soup. I also added cooked cubed chicken. I did not use the processed cheese but did use regular shredded cheese. This was a recipe that my whole family loved. It is a keeper. Thank you so much!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This was one of the yummyest dinners I have EVER made. My husband could not believe that I had made it. I took some of the others suggestions and basically doubled everything for the sauce. I also added a full half cup of heavy cream. I forgot to add the pepper flakes-so next time I will add those just for the kick...it is wonderful as is!!! Thanks for a new family favorite!!!!!

Zucchini Casserole I

This was so good! My husband who is not a huge fan of zucchini went back for seconds! I did add cooked chiken in which I added salt, pepper, garlic and ceyenne pepper to and to me it made the whole thing a true supper! YUMMY! Thank you for the recipe!

Chocolate Cookie Buttercream Frosting

Great basic recipe. I made a cake thinking I had a tub of frosting....when I went to get it-it was gone. So I resorted to the home made kind and it was very yummy and very easy to spread. I will make this again! Thanks for sharing!

Banana Bread V

All I can say is YUMMY!!!! I also did the 1/3 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup sugar and added cinnimon and vanilla. I did make one little mistake of adding 2 eggs instead of one. I was worried of what it would do~but appears to have done nothing to ruin the recipe! My husband has never like my bananna bread and I can't wait for him to get home. I will definatly keep this recipe around.

Dos Queso Dip

This was an excellent recipe-however silly me forgot to put the salsa in it. I did put refried beans on the bottom and everyone loved it-including my husband that is never that "thrilled" with anything new. I can't wait to try it again with the salsa!
