Wow!!! I messed this recipe up and didn't put the coffee in the middle and didn't realize it until it was too late and it still turned out awesome!!! Everyone loved it. I added a little truffle in the center for decoration. It looked like a professional baker made it and it tasted even better!

Eggnog Quick Bread

This bread came out ok fresh from the oven. After that it was definitely too dry for my liking. The taste wasn't bad if only it had been more moist.

Corn Casserole I

I thought this was excellent! I doubled the recipe but instead of doubling the regular corn, added the one can of regular corn and a bag of frozen broccoli chopped up and put into a 9x13 pan. This got rave reviews from everyone!!!!

Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were pretty darn good! i made them with the milk chocolate bliss mint candies crushed up and brought them for a potluck at work. Big hit!!!

BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe was excellent!! The only changes I made was I doubled the soup and the sour cream for the "stuffing" of the enchiladas. Next time I might saute some onions and bell peppers for some veggies.

Fast and Easy Hamburger Casserole

This recipe was really good. My only complaint was that there didn't seem to be enough meat in comparison to the creaminess. But, besides that, I followed the recipe and my only addition was onions and some cheese that I wanted to use up sprinkled over the top right before the biscuits were put on-yum!
