Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 4, 2007
These were good but nothing amazing in my opinion. I, like some previous review'ers, thought they were more like cake and less like chewy cookies. Also not as sweet as I was hoping/expecting.

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: May 4, 2007
These came out wonderfully for us! The only thing I have to say is pay attention to how much you cook them on the stove. Too much and they will end up too dry. Too little and they won't set up properly. Once you get the cooking time down then you can't go wrong!

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: May 2, 2007
We made this recipe after reading the reviews so we decreased the dill by half and doubled the salt. It turned out amazingly!! One of the best recipes I have ever gotten off this site. I will deffinatly make it many times again.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2007
I read the reviews before making these and I'm glad I did or else they would have been a disaster. I doubled the reicpe to make enough for all my roomates. I added an extra half cup of milk... but they still could have used another 1/2 c. or so. I also halfed the baking powder, turned the sugar into Tablespoons instead of teaspoons and added about a Tablespoon of vanilla. They are delicious but still a little heavy/dry. Go with about an extra half cup of milk to the 6 serving recipe or an extra whole cup to my doubled recipe. Good luck! They are yuumy :)

Erin's Indonesian Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
This was one of the most delicious chicken recipes I have ever cooked. I added the chicken to the sauce and let them simmer together for 3 minutes to give the chicken more flavor. Snow peas and water chestnuts work also work really well.

Dixie Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2007
These pork chops turned out amazingly! Very tender and juicy. The only change I made was to take out some of the fat drippings and add a little olive oil to the rue. I also used white rasins since I think they taste a little sweeter.

Cranberry Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2005
This was a wonderfully moist recipie. The orange juice gave it a refreshing taste... wonderful in the morning. The only trouble I had was that they did not rise very much. I would add more than 2/3 per muffin cup. Otherwise they are perfect!
