My cooking triumphs
Since I started cooking, I've gotten a lot better at 'free-form' cooking. When I first started I was very wary of 'a handfull of this' or 'add to taste' or any of those other non-measure measures. Now I'm fine with those types of things and really enjoy to improvise. I've become so much more comfortable in the kitchen.
My cooking tragedies
I've only ever cooked one thing that was so bad that my husband and I couldn't eat it. Let's just say that it involved way too much vinegar.
