Was definitely good but too sweet and eggy for me. I may make this again with 1-2 less eggs and about half the sugar.

Excellent. I added a little extra coconut and also added some walnuts. Made a glaze to drizzle over and yum. I made it with Splenda and could not even tell it! Will make again for sure!

Chicken Wilson

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2009
My husband and 2 toddlers loved this. I made pasta with marina sauce to go along with it. Tasted a lot like chick parm. 2 modifications. I put the wine in but I also added on top, a can of Campbell's cream of chick as someone suggested. (so glad I did that). I used mozzarella chz as I didn't have muenster chz. Was good. My advice would be to season the chicken with whatever (salt, garlic, pepper) you like before adding the mushrooms on top.

My husband isn't big on curry but went nuts over this!! I added an extra 6 cloves of garlic and extra onion also only used 1/2 the coconut milk. I also used 2 cans (instead of 1) of diced tomoatoes! So awesome! Will add some more salt next time.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2006
It was good but seemed to be missing something...perhaps a little bit of sugar and a little less of the corn bread mix. Maybe I did something wrong, though it is very easy. Needs more cook time for sure.

It didn't bowl me over. Was good but not fantastic. I think I would like it with more berries. This is a little land and not very sweet. I do agree however that it is much better the second day!!
