Simple Whole Wheat Bread
I love this recipe. I have changed only a few things. I use 5 1/2 C whole wheat flour and 3 C. bread flour. for each loaf I measure out 28 oz. per loaf and it makes a perfect loaf. I also kneed the dough with my kitchen aid dough hook. I have not bought bread since I first started making bread. I also place the yeast in the water 112 degrees with 1/3 C. honey and let it proof before adding it to the first stage of the recipe. then follow recipe as it is. makes fabulous toast. Char

Buttermilk Honey Bread
I really like this bread a lot. I make it with my kitchen aid mixer with the dough hook so I don't have to kneed it at all. It takes a lot longer for it to rise than it says but with patience it will get there. Can this be corrected with more yeast or less flour? I am new at yeast breads. In my oven it takes exactly 35 min. to bake. Thanks for the recipe.

Butternut and Acorn Squash Soup
I Loved this recipe. I did add to it 1/2 tsp. curry powder and 1 tsp. cinnamon, and just 3 T of brown sugar. I felt the curry took it over the top. Yummy. Thanks-Char
