Yummy, easy, and easily adaptable! Hubby is mildly lactose intolerant, so I lowered the cheese to just 2 cups, and it was still plenty cheesy for me, the cheese lover. He's also not a huge fan of broccoli, so I got one medium sized broccoli crown and chopped the whole thing up. I also wanted to make this a one dish meal, and I had about 3/4 lb deli ham that needed to be used PRONTO. So I chopped that up and tossed it in as well. If you wanted to make this even healthier, you could use egg substitute, low fat cheese, and low sodium ham.
