Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

this is a good recipe though I changed a few things. what I did was used half baking powder and half baking soda, also substituted a cup of all purpose flour with bread flour. out of personal taste I used about 1/4 cup more of brown sugar and a whole tablespoon of vanilla. they came our awesome just the right chewy crisp edges yummy yummy cookies.

Red Velvet Cake I

only 4 stars since I used the a fore mentioned changes and it was yummy. I'd use regular butter creme frosting as I'm not a chef and the cooking with flour just resulted in yucky floury lumps. but the cake was awesome and you really don't need two bottles of food coloring one is plenty, I brought it to work so I wouldn't eat it all myself. it was oohed and awed over.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I made these with half wheat flour and they came out yummy, better than the dinner I made with them. I brought the left overs to work and everyone ate them up.

Restaurant-Style Extra Crispy Chicken

haven't tried this yet but I'm wondering what the heck is monosodium glutamate and what aisle of the grocery store is it on? I know sodium is salt but yeah I'll probably try it without it.

Crispy Mashed Potato Pancake

My Nana only used flour and milk with the left over mashed potatoes. only problem is my mom won't give me exactly how much to use. its just a little of each till its the right consistency. it apparently took her years to get them just right.Nana was the cook not my mom but she can still make them and mine fall apart. also I always eat them with ketchup. yum poor mans hash browns.
