BEST CHILI EVER! I followed the recipe exactly and made it for a chili party I was having...everyone was completely blown away.

Just served this casserole for brunch this morning and what a hit! It was devoured in no time flat and everyone wanted the recipe. I was skeptical about making it (croutons?) but they made an amazing base for the casserole. I added some Canadian bacon along with the sausage, and like a previous reviewer, let the casserole sit out for about 20 minutes while the oven was preheating--60 minutes bake time and it came out perfect!

This dressing is easy to make and is hands down the best vinaigrette dressing I've ever had. No need to ever buy store-bought or make another dressing ever again.

Served for a luncheon and everyone absolutely loved it and asked for the recipe. Used black beans instead of pinto and 16 oz. bottle of ranch dressing. Be aware that this is WAY more than 6 servings--fills a very large party bowl and can easily serve 12-15, if not more. I would also try and make the cornbread a bit more moist next time, maybe by adding some creamed corn and/or extra milk when baking.

I had been looking for a country gravy recipe that didn't require sausage drippings, since I don't always have that on hand when I want to make biscuits and gravy. But maybe it's better if you do. This didn't have the greatest flavor, in fact it was quite bland. But since I altered the recipe *using 1/4 cup veg. oil & 1/4 cup butter, and then only 1/2 cup flour) I will give it 4-star in the hopes that the original way was more flavor and because it made a nice thick gravy which I do like. I think using drippings or some other flavoring would make this a great gravy.

Followed others suggestions and used my own bread crumbs (challah bread) and 2-2 1/2 cups broth, and also added sage sausage. It was mushy (I think it's supposed to be more wet to have that "in the bird" consistency) but it tasted great. I loved the freed up oven space, but considering I never have cared for stuffing in-the-bird, I think I will use this recipe but bake it next year. Also, I'd suggest a crock pot liner!

I used about 3/4 sour cream, sauteed the onions before adding, and used about twice the amount of Ritz cracker topping. It was very good, and it was the one dish that got completely eaten, though I think I prefer it with cream of mushroom soup, which adds a bit more flavor. I think I would also do a half cracker, half fried onions version instead.

These are the most wonderful mashed potatoes I have ever had! That said, I did make a few changes: peeled the potatoes (hate skins), added a touch of milk, little less butter, and roasted a whole head of garlic instead of raw. They were so rich and delicious! I'll always make mashed potatoes this way from now on.

Having never touched cranberry sauce because I grew up with a family who plopped it out of a tin, I almost wasn't going to make any for my first time cooking for my fiance's family. But, I knew I had to and when I found this recipe and saw how easy it was, gave it a try. So glad I did! I found out I love cranberry sauce! It got rave reviews from all and it was the easiest thing I made! I used 3/4 cup OJ and 1/4 cup water (will do half and half next time because it was just a tad too tart still) and added a splash of brown sugar as well, and let it cook for 30 mins to thicken and pop all the cranberries. I never have to look at the plop from a tin again!

I will never make candied sweet potatoes any other way! Since I used the canned ones to save time (3, 40oz cans, drained) I halved the brown sugar and butter since they are stored in that sweet syrup. It was perfect!

Was looking for something a bit different from the usual pumpkin pie, and this delivered! The pie is so light and fluffy and delicious, and the topping added such taste and texture. Fantastic!

Meh. I used imitation crab, and that might have been a bit of the issue, but I don't think it could compensate for the dryness and blandness of this dish. I can see why others add seasonings and an extra egg--that's a must. I would also maybe add some garlic and onion, and definitely change out the swiss for a more flavorful cheese.

These were ok--I thought the cheese filling was a bit too much/too rich, and it was way too spicy. Next time I will half the cayenne and add ground sausage to give it something "more", but I wouldn't make it again "as is".

I made this as directed, and it was just ok (though my fiancé seemed to like it rather well). I found it to be quite bland, and only when reheated the next day with some salt and pepper was it semi-tasty. Won't make again...

Very good stuffed mushroom recipe! I've been trying a lot of them lately, and this has been the best so far.

My sister-in-law always made these back home and I loved them, and it was nice to find the recipe. Loved them now just as much as then! Didn't change a thing!

This was an ENORMOUS hit at my party last night--everyone just raved and raved about it and they all wanted the recipe. It really did taste just like a BLT! I made real bacon and let it meld in the fridge with the mayo/sour cream for a couple hours, then added in the tomato (which I did drain on paper towels as per others suggestions) and served. Since one of my biggest questions was what to serve it with, I will share that I served it in a toasted bread bowl, but thought it was more amazing with celery and cauliflower and fritos scoops, so I would skip the bread next time. Great recipe!!!

I was very hesitant to try this with such mixed reviews, but am SO glad I did. It was the best pork loin I have ever made, and so simple! I made no changes except to rub the pork loin in Goya Adobo before covering with the sauce. Cooked on low for 8 hours, and the pork just shredded it was so tender. Not sure if maybe the 4 hour high cook time would give some reviewers the "sliced loin" they seem to be looking for, but I only care about taste, so it made no difference to me. Will absolutely become a staple dinner in our house.

Absolutely amazing pancakes!!! Made exactly as is, except I used regular size chocolate chips (it's what I had on hand). I would recommend using the minis if you can, so they melt properly, but they were still delicious! My fiance, who never had Choc. Chip pancakes before LOVED them!

Made this to the letter and thought it wasn't bad, it was just kind of ok--lacking that lemon flavor that should be there to compliment the blueberries. Like one other reviewer stated, it tasted mostly like baking mix. I made it because I had a sweet craving come on and ingredient searched for baking mix and frozen blueberries, having nothing else really on hand at the moment. Unless that circumstance arises again, I don't see myself making this twice.
