Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Really good and so easy. I loved not even having to defrost the chicken breasts. Great on a hot summer day since I didn't have to heat up my kitchen. I did spice it up a little with some hot sauce and some bar b q seasoning. We all really liked this. Will make again. Thanks!

Almond Rice Pilaf

This was good, but not anything special. Kind of bland and I added garlic and a little cayenne pepper. We like things spicy though. Went good with my baked chicken and salad.

Salisbury Steak

Yum! The only thing I changed was to add one can of cream of mushroom soup to the gravy, we like lots of gravy on our potatoes. Comfort food on a cold night.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

We like this soup in the fall and winter. I don't add the sour cream to the soup, that makes it really low fat and healthy. I have added a little low fat sour cream to our individual servings. It's good both ways

Southwestern Rice

My family loves this rice. I have made it a few times and have not added the tumeric, but near the end of cooking time I add chopped cilantro. Tonight I am adding some chopped chicken for a 1 skillet meal. Thanks for the recipe!

Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets

Smothered Filet Mignon

Made this for our Valentine's Dinner. Really good,the only change I made was that I used spicy brown mustard since that is what I had on hand. Hubby and I both loved it. Made for a great "Restaurant" dinner at home.

Cilantro Chicken and Rice

Good recipe. Substituted brown rice for the yellow rice. Had to cook a bit longer and add a little more chicken broth. Just diced my chicken breast and sauted in a little olive oil. Didn't dredge in flour.Good, filling and pretty healthy. will make again. thanks!
