This recipe is very easy to make with children and they enjoy using cookie cutters to cut out various Christmas shapes, however, the baked cookies are very greasy tasting and crisper than regular shortbread. I would not make them again.

Aunt Cora's World's Greatest Cookies

Absolutely Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

This was an easy recipe, however, it was not a chewy cookie as the introductory comments stated. We like our cookies crunchy not cakey. Too bad.

Kristil's Frat House Cookies

This recipe is awesome. My children loved them. I use a 1 1/2 inch ice cream scoop and it made 8 dozen cookies. I baked them for 14 minutes and they were perfect!
