Peach Cobbler II

I used more peaches (around 6-8) than called for and I didn't peel them. I also used orange juice instead of milk and I didn't add the boiling water at the end. It turned out fantastic. The bread was nice and cakey, the peaches and juice thickened nicely. Very delicious!

Banana Crumb Muffins

I made the recipe as written but did not make the topping. I added mini chocolate chips to the batter and made it into a loaf instead of muffins. It took longer to bake but was still very tasty!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Very chocolatey. I made as written but substituted some of the chocolate chips with PB chips. I put the dough in mini muffin cups then when cooled topped with home made PB frosting.

Apple Crisp II

Very good. When I took it out of the oven I thought it was going to be too runny but after it cooled all of the juice thickened into a nice moist crisp. I added cinnamon into the topping but otheriwse made the recipe as stated.

Cream Filled Cupcakes

YUM YUM YUMMY! I used real salted butter in place of the shortening and made the recipe as otherwise stated. They are fantastic. I'd been looking for a really good cupcake recipe and I love this. Very moist, good flavor. I like the filling because it is a little salty and balances the sweet flavor.

I used real salted butter and it turned out perfectly. Great chocolate flavor. I made the recipe as stated otherwise. I will definitely use this recipe again. It went really well with the cream filled chocolate cupcake recipe from this site. YUM!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

This recipe is very good. I made it as written. I did use a combo of fresh steamed artichoke and jarred. The taste is very spinach-y. Next time I will probably reduce the amount of spinach. It does have great flavor.

Great flavor and consistency. I made the recipe as written and they turned out great. It made about 70 cookies for me with the cookie press. I cooked them a little less than stated so they would be a little softer and still light brown on the bottom.

Poinsettia Cookies

These are very pretty but they don't have a lot of flavor. They are pretty bland. I used a natural food coloring so mine were pink which was fine with me. I like pink pointsettias. I also used mini chocolate chips or peanut butter chips in the middle instead of the icing. Next time I will reserve a bit of dough, color it yellow and roll up tiny balls to press in the middle before baking. In order to get the pretty shape you need to first make the slices in the dough ball, then gently pull the pieces out from the center. They will look like flowers before you bake them so keep working with the dough ball to work the petals into the shape you want before baking. They do not unfold on their own during baking so you need to do that before.

Greek Pasta Salad I

Excellent although I changed the ingredients a little. I used red onion, skipped the mushrooms, used red, orange and yellow peppers. I also used greek olives instead of black olives. The marinade is very good!
