While I was younger, the best cook in the family cooks everything. Who can it be other than my mum! parmesan baked salmon. This is the most delicious salmon I have ever tasted. and best of all, I made this dish myself. I cooked lasagna followed one of the recipes here but didn't have enough sauce. The top layer turned out very dry and I have no choice but to discard it.
