Egg Rolls
FANTASTIC! I used some suggestions from reviewers: used the coleslaw mix in a bag, sub ground pork for the beef, and omitted the MSG. One thing I did notice was that the first time I made these, I rolled them earlier in the day to cook at dinner and the wrapper got soggy. So the next time, I strained out the broth from the meats & veggie mixture before I rolled and they came out perfect. I also lash froze a few before cooking, wrapped them, and cooked later in the week. It worked like a charm, just defrost partway before frying and no problem! Thanks so much for the post...I'll make these often!!

Honeyed Pork Chops
I was really disappointed with this since the reviews were so great. I followed the recipe as written, but not only was my pork overcooked, but the glaze was more like a watery broth. Also it was WAY too sweet! Sorry but I won't make this one again.

Pan-Fried Steak with Marsala Sauce
WOW! I very seldom feel the urge to write a review..but this one deserves it!! Great recipe. Very easy. I used the other suggestions and added beef broth instead of chicken, and also added mushrooms when I sauted the garlic. Leave them big and chunky, it adds nice texture. The best part? I used cube steak and they tasted like a more expensive cut!!! Just lightly coat the steaks with veg oil and let sit at room temp for an hour before cooking to tenderize.(Got that hint here too!) Thanks Lynne..this is a keeper!!
