Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

I am a self proclaimed tres leches cake connoisseur :) It came out perfect!! Absolutely Delicious!!! I would like to emphasize the importance of really piercing the cake allowing all parts to absorb the milk, making it moist and delicious. The first time I made it, I pierced it to the point I thought it was good, but subsequent times I REALLY pierced it! Last time I got creative and used the end my funnel b/c its a little thicker than a fork, just had to pierce it many more times and it was the best yet :) Thank you Stephanie!!

Zucchini Risotto

Creamy and delicious, I used fresh picked cherry tomatoes cut in half with seeds removed instead of sun-dried and it was just as flavorful!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

This shrimp was the BEST. I was unsure of the combination of ingredients but they worked perfectly and complimented each other. I served it with fresh romaine salad and pineapple salsa it was amazing!!!

French Onion Soup III

Very Tasty!! Simple and fast prep. I also substituted mozzarella cheese, but my mom used gouda and they both came out very good!
