Tres Leches (Milk Cake)
I am a self proclaimed tres leches cake connoisseur :) It came out perfect!! Absolutely Delicious!!! I would like to emphasize the importance of really piercing the cake allowing all parts to absorb the milk, making it moist and delicious. The first time I made it, I pierced it to the point I thought it was good, but subsequent times I REALLY pierced it! Last time I got creative and used the end my funnel b/c its a little thicker than a fork, just had to pierce it many more times and it was the best yet :) Thank you Stephanie!!
