Very delicious, quick and easy. Next time I make this I may add some veggies in the last stages of cooking.

I too used smaller chocolate chips and they work out nicely bc the cookies are smaller.

I left the dough in the fridge overnight and i think that helped it become less sticky when rolling

Aloha Coleslaw

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2008
Great recipe. Like others said, I added a splash of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/3 cup craisins and about 1/4 cup coconut flakes.

Hearty Vegetable Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
I wish I had used only about 10 noodles, but it was still good-- just a little thick. I substituted cut carrots and broccoli for the mushrooms. It's a keeper!

Best Hamburger Ever

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2007
Delicious! I agree with the last response-- I would make 6 burgers instead of 4. Also, I used 1/2 a packet of onion soup mix and that was good enough!

Sweet Sweet Potato Casserole

Great recipe. In the future I would use half the amount of pecans and chop them. This would save on calories.

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
I had 1.75 lb of salmon and the only thing I changed on the marinade was using only 3 tablespoons of oil and this was a perfect amount of marinade. I marinaded it for a half hour in a pyrex dish and then baked it for 25 minutes without using foil. Worked out just fine!

Taco Salad I

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2008
The basic recipe was very good. I did not use a whole bottle of salad dressing. I followed the recipe on the back of the taco seasoning packet. For the last step of the directions I added 1/4 cup dressing and the beans. I used a can of drained diced tomatoes because I did not have any tomatoes on hand. I also added green peppers for some crunch. Lastly, I added chips per serving bowl so they would not get soggy.

Quick and terrific. My first attempt at ziti. I think I would add Italian sausage next time.
