Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
These were really good! I added a little bit of whole wheat pastry flour and some raspberry jam. I also used fruit on the bottom strawberry yogurt. They were perfect for breakfast and I love that they're low fat!

Yum, I loved this! I used stale pumkin yeast bread from this site, which tasted good. I also added a bit of nutmeg and used only three eggs. I loved it!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2007
Really good. I only used 4 cups of flour and brushed them with egg instead of baking soda. They didn't brown when the oven was on 400, and only browned a little at 450.

I made this recipe completely fat free by replacing the fat with banana or applesauce and using egg substitutes, and it was still absolutely delicious. This is a keeper. =]

Pollo Fajitas

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2008
These were delicious, and extremely easy, especially if you marinate the chicken before hand. I would use more peppers if you like veggies, but other than that, yum! (Oh, and throwing in some cheese is tasty too!)

I substituted an equal amount of strawberry puree (strawberries and just enough water to blend them) for the oil. They still came out great! The loaves look beautiful. =]

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

I did make a bunch of changes to this recipe (adding lemon, subbing yogurt for oil, drizzling with a lemon sauce) so my review isn't of the initial recipe, but my outcome was AMAZING.

Apple Pie Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2006
yum yum yum i loved these. i put in some cinnamon and nutmeg but otherwise left it the same. they are tough to get out of the muffin pan, but i didn't use paper liners, and they were still warm when i was removing them, so maybe that's why. also, if you prefer you probably don't need the full amount of brown sugar. they were sweet. but i like sweet =)
