Four Cheese Margherita Pizza
DELICIOUS! I had to use cheeses I had on hand. I have always liked red sauce on a pizza but the tomato slices worked beautifully and will make this again and again. The cheeses I used were Mozzarella, Asiago, shredded, and grated Parmesan cheese. For toppings, I added pepperoni slices, black olives and marinated artichoke hearts. The Asiago tended to clump up but the flavor was fabulous, so would use again. I will use Fontina and Feta cheeses next time. Thanks, Michelle, for this wonderful pizza recipe! I did add the marinated tomatoes to the crust first. Put toppings next....

Harvest Slaw
Wonderful slaw! I used a 16 oz. package slaw mix but kept all ingredients the same. Didn't have grapes so threw in some dried cranberries. I love feta cheese but not on hand so threw in some grated parmesan cheese into the dressing. Can't wait to try this with feta! The only Ranch dressing I had was Peppercorn Ranch and it worked very well. Toasting the pecans is such a good idea as it gives you a crispy bite to the salad. Your recipe is one I will keep in my "Company is Coming" folder. Thanks, bdh76, for posting!

Chicken Florentine Casserole
Loved it! I did fry bacon and sauteed fresh spinach in the bacon grease. After removing spinach, I added a bit of olive oil and cooked my chicken(cut up)in same skillet. Added some of my own dried seasonings (oregano, basil and parsley)to the sauce mixture. I didn't have 1/2 and 1/2 so just used 2 percent milk. I had to use canned mushrooms as all I had on hand. I will definitely be making this recipe again. Thanks for posting, BRYAN0320!
