Banana Loaf Cake I

Fuss free and very easy to make. Very moist and one of the very best. I add two eggs instead of one. My husband just love it!!

I husband and me just love this cake. Is moist and rich in flavour. I will bake it weekly so that my husband can have it with his daily cup of tea. He is one person who never like any kind of dessert or cakes but I am so glad that he just love this one. Thanks Bee Lian.

Famous Amos Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have made this cookies many many times for my family and they just love it especially with the kids. But I cut down on the sugar and so I ommit the white sugar.We pefer the cookies to be cruncy so I bake it for any extra 1o mins and it turn out perfect.

Vanishing Oatmeal Cookies

I made this cookies a few times and the family members just loved it. But I replaced the pumpkin spice with cinnamon as I find it taste better. We prefer the cookies to be crunchy than chewy so I bake it for an extra 10 min. Is pefect.
