Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
Awesome! Added a little sauted onion, crumbled bacon, brocolli and shredded cheddar. You can doctor this up with anything you please. Thx for the recipe. All the rave reviews really sold me.

Sharon's Awesome Chicago Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2008
Being from chicago, I just had to try this recipe. This chili had a great texture, but was way toooo sweet for our tastes. I ended up doctoring it up quite a bit just to counterbalance the sugar in the recipe. I also cut back on the ammount of beans and upped the chili seasoning for a more tangy flavor. Thanks for the recipe however...I'm glad I at least tried it.

Golden Rum Cake

I'm afraid to make this cake again for fear that I will eat the entire thing myself. It's the best! Thank you for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
I added sliced carrots, celery at the beginning. Then added some frozen peas to the last 30 minutes of cooking. I also used the refrigerated biscuit dough, but the dumplings turned out very heavy and doughy. Perhaps some biscuits work better than others? I will try this again however, but may use cooked egg noodles instead of biscuits.

Raspberry Trifle

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
this trifle was fantastic! i used 2 pints of fresh sliced strawberries based upon another reviewer's suggestion. sprinkled sugar on the strawberries and let them sit for a while as it made a nice syrup. i also used angel food cake instead of the pound cake. it all made for a great strawberry shortcake that was delicious and beautiful!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
Although this dip was good right out of the oven, it was not as creamy or good and garlicky as others I've had. It dried out rather quickly on the buffet table though.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2005
This recipe is absolutely delicious. I sprinkled shredded sharp cheddar on top to brown, but I think I will add it to the main mixture as well next time.
