Focaccia Bread
I love this bread! I have made it many times. I usually use 1/2 bread (or A/P) flour and 1/2 whole white wheat flour. I also usually add a touch of honey. I like that this can be made so quickly, but I've also made it earlier and let it rise a few times, and it was good like that too. I prefer baking this at 425 for 15 minutes, it gets nice & golden, but stays soft. My children really love this bread as well. Thanks for sharing!

Jim's Cheddar Onion Soda Bread
This bread is excellent. The texture is very nice, similar to that of a biscuit. I had some green onions on hand so decided to try those, it gave the bread great color & flavor. The onion flavor is very strong, which I like, but for those who don't love onion, I bet it would be great without as well. I also used A/P flour, since I was out of bread flour. I plan on making this many times, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing!

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls
These are really good. I made them by hand, and they were very easy. I used olive oil instead of butter. I also used 1/2 white kernel wheat flour, and 1/2 bread flour. They were very soft and had a great taste. Out of one recipe I got 4 hoagie rolls, 4 hamburger buns and a small loaf of bread. They were just as good the next day.
