I have made this over and over! I just Zesty Italian dressing and instead of draining the chicken completely, I leave about 1/4 cup of the dressing in with the chicken when I shred it. This way I don't have to add any more spices to the recipe, and it keeps a bit of the "italian" flavor. I've been asked for the recipe over and over!

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops

I love this EASY recipe! I've made it 5 or 6 times in the last few months and everyone loves it too. It's very forgiving if you don't have all the bbq sauce and very easy to cut down if you are only cooking for 2. I decided to rate this recipe today because I threw in a couple pieces of boneless chicken to feed some last minute guests and it was great.

Tar Heel Pie

I looked up all the ingredients we had on hand and found this amazing recipe! I've definitely found another recipe to help use up the buckets of pecans my kids collect every year. Definitely let it set for a while or it'll have to be scooped out. Yummy either way!!
