Colleen's Potato Crescent Rolls
These are the best dinner rolls I have ever tasted. My family loves them and asks for them frequently. I have made them with and without the refridgerated rise and while they are very good without the slow, cold rise they are even better if the dough is refridgerated. Made this way they are even more delicate, tender and delicious. The only change I've made is after the first batch, I cut the sugar in half. Amazingly good!

French Pastry Pie Crust
First time I used this recipe I didn't change anything and it was great. The second time, being a butter freak I used butter instead of shortening and it was even better. I found this hint about using butter in pastry recipes, and it works like a charm. Use frozen butter and grate. I do this for my biscuit recipe also. Incredibly flaky results.

Banana Pudding IV
My family loves this recipe. Especially the kids, and I have made it every Thanksgiving and Christmas for the past few years. One year I made it with boxed Banana pudding and no one liked it. So I went back to Vanilla Pudding and everyone was happy. So I stick to the recipe as written. No tweaking.
