To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These muffins are absolutely delicious! The first time I made one batch and we loved them (they are also delicious without the cinnamon crumble topping...for those who don't like cinnamon and blueberry together). The second time, I doubled the recipe for the muffins but didn't double the topping, and I still had enough topping - even piled on there was too much topping without doubling the recipe. These muffins have a wonderful light texture and mild flavor so the blueberries really pop! They are wonderful! One batch gave me eight muffins in a regular-size muffin tin, and I filled them all the way to the top. Thanks for this recipe!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
This is absolutely my favorite cornbread recipe! I have found that making it in a preheated cast-iron skillet makes it even better. Since the skillet is preheated (I just stick it in the oven after I turn it on, and when I'm done mixing the cornbread I take out the pan and pour in the batter) it doesn't need to cook as long. Could be my oven, but this cornbread is done in exactly 15 minutes. It is so delicious! Thank you for this recipe!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
These brownies are sensational! They are rich and fudgy and exactly what I was hoping for. I like that there is no oil, as it seems to make a nicer texture. Everyone loved these. I tried to save a few in the freezer and they were found quickly. They were eaten by the end of our get together...even the frozen ones!
