Jalapeno Chicken

I have tried using several over the counter cajun spices and they are all flavorful but to salty. This mixture is perfect when sprinkled moderatly over the fish. Used this recipe to cook trout streamside on a hiking stove at high heat with skin and pin bones removed from fish. Final word... Delightful!!!

Habanero Hellfire Chili

Thought this was a great recipe. I followed the ingredient list and was scared after I tasted the aneheim peppers because they were hot. Think peppers in the summer time rippen better and have more spice. Therefore, only added two habies when I should of put in four. This chili recipe was medium hot with 2 habies. This chili is going to New Mexico with us into the mountains. Thanks for a great chili recipe. :)

Bob's Habanero Hot Sauce - Liquid Fire

My garden has nothing but Carribean reds in it, so I could not decide how many to put in. The red habenero variety seems 1.5 times hotter than its cousin. Used 6 Carribean reds and the recipe came out excellent. Put this over cream cheese and it will blow your mind. Thanks bob.

Spicy Persimmon Chutney

I made this exactly to the recipe and it needs to be modified. Half the amount of vinegar and the rest water. Double the persimons and double the sugar. Spice was perfect with one medium sized anaheim pepper. Mine came out way to acidic and with a vinegar taste even after it cooled.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Very good, next time I would use low sodium chicken broth and find the lowest sodium northern beans. Our family likes spicy food, the heat is perfect.
