Cabbage Roll Casserole
As written I give it a 4.5. Very delicious as is and super easy. However, I prefer it with wild rice. So, I cook the wild rice in beef broth before cooking and, when I assemble the casserole I omit the extra liquid. Also, for a little variation, I sprinkle the top with shredded gruyère and turn up the oven during the last 10-15 minutes of cooking. Thank you for the recipe!!!

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Rice
Followed the recipe to a T (except for the peppers.. I didn't want bell-pepper mush) but it was too salty and there wasn't enough sauce. Maybe cause i used unsalted unsweetened peanut butter? Otherwise the recipe works well. I will try to fuss with the proportions to get it just right. And, as others mentioned, it is not particularly flavorful but that is ok for me. My two girls at it as-is and my husband and I flavored it with garlic-chili sauce and/ou angry chicken (schricha or something like that?) et/ou lime juice. Yummy

Oven Fried Chicken IV
It was pretty good. I followed the recipe to a t (except I used fewer spices...) The cornflakes stayed on and the chicken was delish but did't really taste like fried chicken. Oh well.
