Easy Beer and Ketchup Meatballs
I am going to try this one as written, cause I never met a meatball Big , Small , Appetizer or Main Course that I didn't like. Sounds like a quick fixer for an Appetizer. I have had good luck with Heinz Chili Sauce and Grape Jelly. 1 Bottle Chili Sauce and 1/2 C. Grape Jelly in saucepan heat till combined pour over meatballs in Slow Cooker. Cook high for 4 hours. Unlike the other comment made about reheated makes them taste worse, with these they are better. Meatballs Rock.

Peanut Butter Temptations II
These are in Demand every Christmas at our house. We have the mini muffin pans 4 that make a dozen. We times the recipe by four , and usually make two to three times. Our Kitchen-Aide Pro gets a workout making the dough! Each Adult(child) wants two times the recipe as a gift. When they are at home they clean us out of the rest and save theirs. We make them and let them cool over night before packing them. YUMMY !

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I melt my chocolate in a mini crock. temp is just about perfect. As to cooling them... Turn your collander upside down and put the toothpicks in the holes. great way to serve at a party as well.
