Brown Rice
I didn't have Beef Broth so I used Chicken. It was delicious. I think it is my new favorite rice.

Chicken Broccoli Ca - Unieng's Style
I agree with most of the other reviews in that the sauce(oyster and Soy) and the water needs to be doubled. I also added some crushed red pepper flakes to give it a little "kick". To keep the vegetables from getting too soft, I added them at the same time I added the cornstarch( in the last 5 min of cooking).

Tzatziki Sauce
I fully agree with the comment by Paula Woods, you need to drain the Yogurt in a collander for at least 1 hour and also salt and drain the cucumbers. I first made this without draining and it was tasty, but it was too runny. Draining makes for the perfect consistency.
